Marich | It is used in Flatulence, indigestion, dysentry, skin disorders, disorders of the liver, oligourea, common cold, cough, asthma, toothache, dental caries, night blindness, eye diseases, etc. |
Harad | It improves digestion strength & good for eyes, improves vision. It has power anti-aging, rejuvenative activity. |
Jeerak | It improves digestion strength and other stomach problems. |

Indication:
It is used as carminative and digestive. It is also useful in hyperacidity, dyspepsia, anorexia, flatulence, constipation & all types of abdominal pain due to vata doshas. It is very useful in treating indigestion and hepatic complications.
Side effects:
There are no side effects, and it is best avoided in men seeking treatment for infertility, as it may affect the quality and quantity of sperm production. In higher doses, it may cause burning sensation and loose motion. It is not ideal to use this medicine in people with excessive tiredness, emaciation and who are underweight.
Dosage:
3 to 5 gms to be taken after meals with luke warm water or as directed by the physician.
