Sphatika Bhasma - Ayurvedic Classical Medicine:

Sphatika Bhasma Indication: Useful in various types of disorders induced due to pitta & Vata dosha, like cough, cold, bronchitis, bronchial asthma, Erysepales. Being astringent also acts as vaso-consincter. With its anti-inflammatory action, it can also be used in tonsillitis, pharyngitis, stomatitis & laryngitis.

Dosage:

125 to 500 mg to be taken twice in a day with water, milk, honey or as directed by the physician.
