SHIPPING POLICY

All Orders will be shipped to the “Delivery Address” given at the time of placing an order and will be processed within 24 Hours of receipt of the order.

Shipping Policy & Charges:

Shipping Policy & charges will be calculated at the time of your purchase through www.deepayurveda.com or www.deepayurveda.in and you will be able to view this in your cart before proceeding for checkout Or if placing order by phone then our shipping team will confirm your shipping charges.

Address Details:

Please ensure that you enter the correct address details when making your purchase and that you need to mention the person and company name who are going to receive the order on behalf of you  (if the order is delivered to a business address). Deep Ayurveda does not take responsibility for the failure of order delivery due to incorrect shipping address or person & company name not being mentioned at the time of submitting the order.

Return and Refund Policy:

At Deep Ayurveda, we want to make ordering online as easy and stress-free as possible. If you’re not satisfied with our products, simply return the unused/unopened bottles within 30 days of invoicing under our return and refund policy, and we will happily refund the cost of your purchase. The original shipping charge is not refundable.

For International Customers:

Please check the Return and Refund Policy with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country. In some countries, 4-5 % of taxes are charged on delivery, which is rare but possible.

There will be no refund of shipping costs especially if the product is returned due to customs clearance or because of a failed delivery attempt and the package is returned, all other costs are refunded happily except shipping, customs duty and handling levies which are minimum USD $ 10 or 10%, whatever is higher on the value of returned products (for all countries) for small packages.

If customs seize your order and do not return to us, then it is not possible to provide any refund at all.

For Indian Customers:

We can refund payment for your ordered product or products only if you return them successfully within 30 days from the date of the invoice in a good manner. For all refunds, we will deduct USD $2 or 10%, whatever is higher on the value of returned products from the total amount we received for your order after taxes, shipping or other fees levied by payment processing partners.

There will be no refund if the products are returned in damaged or not a saleable condition by the customer or because of a failed delivery attempt and the package is returned. Although we can resend it for a nominal cost of courier.

“Cancellation duration and refund mode and duration (Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of order placing. And in such cases refund will be processed through the same mode within 5-7 working days)”

Food Items:

Deep Ayurveda cannot guarantee the quality of any food products delivered internationally due to extended shipping times and weather. Food products are not returnable to Deep Ayurveda from international destinations.
