Organic Ajwain Powder (Trachyspermum ammi)
Ajwain consists of dried, aromatic fruits of Apium graveolens cultivated in Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Karnataka. Ajwain is collected by thrashing plants on a mat and drying in the shade or in drying sheds. Organic ajwain powder is well known for the management of urinary, digestive, cardiovascular, and respiratory disorders. Also, it effectively manages high blood pressure, inflammation, bacterial, and microbial infections, and gastrointestinal problems such as indigestion, bloating, flatulence, low appetite, abdominal cramps, and regular bowel functions.
The seeds of Ajwain can be used externally also for various health issues. The poultice is made using the seeds in warm water to relieve gouty arthritis, rheumatoid, osteoarthritis, and non-specific arthritis.

Chemical Constituents of Ajawin (Trachyspermum ammi):
It is mainly composed of Essential oil and fixed oil. Other than this, the main minerals in the seeds are phosphorus, calcium, and iron, while its major vitamins are riboflavin, niacin, carotene, and thiamine.
